Since we ate in Irvine, we stopped by JS Bakery. Ever since my Grandmother's birthday I have been thinking about the Chiffon Cake. So this time I got their cute box of six. The cake was light and fluffy, but I felt the cream inside was a little off. I'd still get it again in the future. I also decided to get their Egg Tart, which I didn't take a picture until later and it cracked. It was still delicious. Their egg tart is very deep and the crust is thin, so you get a lot of egg custard. It's a little bit different from the normal egg tarts at other bakeries, but it's good in its own way. The store has a great location amongst many restaurants so you can always stop by for a quick sweet bite after your meal!
